The National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD) is a membership organization that assists under-‐represented university professors to win tenure. That work occurs through two programs: 1) a 12-‐month online training program and 2) the Faculty Success Program, a 15-‐week intensive virtual mentoring bootcamp. We work with advanced graduate students, post-‐docs, college professors, universities, professional organizations, and foundations across the U.S. in our efforts to advance our mission of diversifing the professoriate in terms of race, class, and gender. We do so by empowering women and faculty of color to maximize their performance and work at their highest potential. We currently have over 71,000 members and 36 university partnerships ranging from Stanford University to Grinnell College.
