The key duties and responsibilities:

• Design, deliver and coordinate training that is driven by business need
• Increase the skills and knowledge of our personnel by supporting training in sales, service and
operational departments
• Identifying training gaps within the business and successfully closing them
• Maintain strong and positive working relationships with key stakeholders
• Ensure deficiencies and opportunities for improvements are being identified

• Cert IV in Training and Assessment
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training packages for adult learning, coaching and
mentoring programs
• Proven ability to deliver clear and concise information in both verbal and written formats
• Strong business acumen and a thorough knowledge of systems and processes
• Great problem solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
• Extensive travel within the metro area, WA, SA & NT
