As an Impact Interview interview coach, you’ll help talented job seekers get their dream jobs.  Impact Interview will take care of all the sales and marketing, and you get the focus on what you love most: coaching clients to ace the interview.

This is a part-time role.  Typically your commitment will range from 1-5 hours per week.

Key responsibilities include:

• Help clients develop their personal brand strategy
• Work with clients to develop interview stories
• Rehearse responses with clients

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent experience required, MBA strongly preferred
• Stellar written and oral communication skills
• Extensive experience interviewing candidates
• Passion for teaching
• Hiring manager experience preferred
• Background in Product Management, Software Engineering, or Management Consulting a plus
