Talent Futures, Ltd. is in its 12th year of providing high quality executive development to organisations in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Energy, Engineering and the Public and Third Sectors. London-based, with a roster of 12 associates, and clients across Europe, the UK, and in the US, we are seeking an experienced business developer for 20 hours a week. Business Development responsibilities include partnering with the founder of Talent Futures, Victoria Hall, in all business development activities, including feeding the pipeline, maximizing opportunities, writing proposals, and establishing new accounts.

Talent Futures has a business model that is virtual (no dedicated office), and based on true partnership with associates. Built on the reputation of its founder, who has 17+ years of experience as a manager, business psychologist, consultant, Director in a Fortune 50 company, and senior executive coach in FTSE 100 companies, we continue to win work based on the strength of our consulting and coaching team. As part-time business developer, you would play a key role in shaping the future, and be supported in your own career growth, whatever direction you may want to take it.

Requirements

3-5 years business development experience or 10+ years advancement in another profession
Excellent writing ability
Project management experience.
Knowledge of executive coaching, talent management, leadership development and/or psychometrics.

Preferences

Experience in a psychometrics or assessment consultancy.
Masters-level degree in Occupational, Organizational, Industrial, or Business Psychology, or currently a student in such a programme.
BPS Level 1&2 (A&B)
