Consulting Director, Leadership Development Consulting and Coaching

  • In this role, you will work with senior business leaders as a consultant, advisor, facilitator, and executive coach responsible for implementing growth and change with individual leaders and with their organizations and teams.

Client  Delivery and Project Management:

  • Bring a full working and technical knowledge of organization and/or executive development from within a consulting or coaching organization. This includes experience consulting, advising, and coaching with sales organizations and leaders with revenue generation and P/L responsibility in mid to large organizations.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Assist sales team in customizing, pricing, expanding, and closing projects
  • Participate in strategic marketing activities such as branding and messaging, as well as development of key sales collateral

GrowthPlay Champion:

  • Technical expert in most of GrowthPlay offerings: coaching, organizational design, talent management, talent development, and assessment, sharing that knowledge throughout GrowthPlay
  • Engaged participant, strong team player, coach team members to success
  • Support, lead and initiate internal initiatives, take critical role in hands-on building of internal infrastructure
  • May manage a team of consultants, project managers, and project coordinators

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years track record of coaching senior executives, preferably in business development and leadership positions
  • Coaching certification from an ICF or equivalent credentialed coach training organization
  • Strong facilitation, writing and analytical skills
  • Bachelors degree required; Masters degree in a related field a plus
  • Proven management skills in leading large, complex projects
  • Ability to manage, motivate and mentor junior level staff
  • 10+ years experience leading or contributing to business development
  • Willingness to adapt to changing work and environment
  • Travel up to 50% during peak times
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
