    This listing is no longer available. _______________________________________As the Leadership Development Coach, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the people development strategy at Kit and Ace.  The role calls for participating in framework/models, processes, and programs that serve to create learning and growth for staff of all levels within the organization.  This role also brings extensive expertise to the table in order to increase the capabilities of individuals, teams and businesses by leveraging best practices in the area of leadership development, managerial effectiveness, career development, and mentoring.  The Leadership Development Coach must successfully manage multiple projects, lead initiatives, and participate in coaching and developing Corporate and Cross Functional teams across the global needs of Kit and Ace.  This position touches a number of areas that contribute to the success of the organization’s talent management strategy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide development of resources, primarily in the area of leadership development, and coaching and consulting to senior leaders
    • Design and deliver resources, including in-person, on-line, experimental and cohort events and programs
    • Organize highly customized team and leadership development sessions designed to meet the needs within the company
    • Consult with senior leaders to implement action planning based on their employee engagement results and strategic goals, using a variety of leadership and organizational and development tools and processes
    • Coach leaders and high potential employees as needed
    • Coaching may be based on engagement or 360 data or other need.  You will also help them develop action plans
    • Operationalize Kit and Ace’s Learning & Development strategy and framework within the organization
    • Benchmark/research best practices within the function and industry related to talent management and learning programs
    • Co-develop and manage a robust suite of internal and/or external personal and leadership development program
    • Analyze learning activities and identify appropriate metrics to assess impact of development investments and interventions
    • Assess, design, deliver and evaluate management development programs
    • Facilitate team meetings and focus groups as needed
    • Analyze and identify development needs acorns the organization and create/implement strategic solutions that address business needs
    • Coach leaders when required in order to meet business needs/objectives
    • Utilize assessment instruments/feedback tools, models and frameworks that will help leaders increase their effectiveness in the organization
    • Prepare communications and develop marketing campaigns for the employee population that promotes the Kit and Ace Leadership Development Program

  • Sales Coach

    Main challenges

    • Provide specialized, strategic coaching for Mortgage Development Managers (MDM).
    • Assist the sales managers in increasing competency in different aspects, in order to attain expected sales targets and maintain a satisfactory level of quality.
    • Promote the MDM function within the organization and play an active role in creating programs and work methods to encourage the development and upgrading of skills.

    Specifically, you will :

    • Provide specialized, strategic coaching in all aspects of mortgage loans and related products to MDMs.
    • Help managers and MDMs identify sales activities and tactics that could help them reach their sales objectives and meet client’s needs.
    • Provide technical assistance in carrying out mortgage-related transactions and help structure unusual or more complex transactions.
    • Ensure the implementation of new procedures (e.g., insurance, identification, indexation and compliance).
    • Assist MDMs in devising customized sales approaches to meet client’s needs.
    • Develop MDM skills for the use of different tools relative to mortgages.
    • Transmit further relevant information to managers to help them support their decision regarding performance evaluation and personal development plans.
    • Assist managers evaluate the profile and competency level of candidates they meet with during the staffing process, and make recommendations for personalized development plans to be used to facilitate the integration of selected candidates.

    Qualifications

    • Completed Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of relevant experience or completed Master’s degree in a related field and three years of relevant experience or PUB 1st cycle and 7 years pertinent experience
    • Experience as a Mortgage Development Managers (MDM) or equivalent experience in credit
    • Experience in sales and customer service
    • Experience in coaching
    • Good knowledge of mortgage products
    • Good knowledge of the credit norms, an asset
    • Command of Microsoft Office
    • Bilingualism both spoken and written (English and French), an asset

    Primary Responsibilities:

    End-to-end support activities related to the deployment of the OHI and follow-up action-planning and implementation, for low- to mid-complexity situations, including:

This role also offers the opportunity to build a spike in a particular area of expertise (e.g., market outreach, client service, analytics, team leadership or other TBD).

    Desired Skills

    Education: University degree, ideally in organizational/industrial psychology, business, engineering, operations, economics or other technical discipline; strong academic record; graduate degree preferred but not required

    Experience: 1-3+ years, including 1+ year in organizational behavior or survey design and implementation

    Knowledge: Knowledge of organizational behavior, evidence of strong coach/mentorship skills with peers and junior colleagues

    Skills: Solid problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use statistics to solve problems, effective multitasking ability, excellent IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, good team player, previous experience in developing and analyzing surveys helpful
