The Business Coach position offers an opportunity for someone who enjoys having the independence to work with clients to solve problems and help their businesses be more successful.  This position serves as a client relations executive for an assigned number of RE/MAX franchised offices, assisting with the recruitment and retention of real estate agents, quality control, and financial and profitability management.  This position requires about 35% travel.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
  • Five years consulting or customer service experience with a strong background in operations, finance and marketing.
  • College degree preferred with business, marketing, or finance emphasis required.
  • Franchise industry, real estate and/or sales background helpful.
  • Demonstrated presentation abilities required.
