. We want to connect with you if you meet the following requirements:

  • Preferable 5+ years of real estate related industry sales experience or title, escrow, lending, ancillary real estate services
  • Maintain active California real estate license
  • Willingness to commute to various realty offices from Los Angeles Westside and Eastside to parts of San Fernando Valley
  • Be in a position to  transition out of full time real estate sales career or  work  occasionally by referral
  • Prior teaching/training/coaching experience preferred, not necessarily in real estate
  • Willing to be accountable and follow proven systems and procedures
  • Upbeat, energetic, goal and results-driven with positive attitude
  • Demands high standards of oneself and others
  • Ability to be a true team player
  • Exhibit basic tech savviness
