WE ARE LOOKING for “RADICALLY EFFECTIVE COACHES” in both Spanish and English (you will need to speak English).

Coaching Pre-Requisites:

• Proven COACHING experience with EXTRAORDINARY results in coaching SERVICES (Also, MUST have PASSION for SALES, sales EXPERIENCE AND proven SUCCESS, since we do sales trainings and provide coaching in sales…)
• The confidence to work strictly for commission (up to 45%)
• Alignment with our Vision to evolve people to be able to fulfill on their highest SELF.
  

Preferable but not mandatory:

• Your own established clientele (even if it’s very small)
• VEGAN or VEGETARIAN willing to flip to VEGAN upon entering company – WE as a company promote & practice radical kindness to ALL human beings. Most of our coaches are VEGAN and we offer a financial incentive to coaches to join us in being vegan + assistance from our Health/Fitness/Quantum Healing Division to any coach that comes on board and wishes to flip to Vegan so that they can do it properly and with optimal health.

Everything else will be detailed in a phone interview. Having the above is simply your ticket to the qualifying next step before an interview. References from previous experiences MUST be available upon request.
