Our Coaching Services team is currently looking for 1 -2 coaches in Japan to join our team.
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
- Bi-lingual with a strong command of English and an ability to coach in English and Japanese
- 5+ years of experience coaching people managers
- 3+ years of executive coaching experience (Director level and above or equivalent)
- 3+ years of experience managing people
- 3+ years of experience working in organizations
- International Coach Federation certification (or equivalent)
- Completion of an ICF accredited coach training program
- Certified in Booth 360s is a plus
