The Business Coach is responsible for:

• Coach Branch Teams (Financial Advisors and Branch Office Administrators) change business-building behaviors
• Engage in customized, one-on-one interactions with financial advisors and branch office administrators to uncover gaps in skills and help Branch Teams develop strategies to fill those gaps
• Discuss business building strategies
• Establish measurable trimester and annual plans
• Customize coaching plans based on each Branch Teams unique skills and situation
• Observe financial advisors executing primary functions of the role and provide developmental feedback

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 plus years professional coaching experience (either as a professional coach or in a role with a significant coaching component)
• 3 plus years in Financial Services industry preferred
• CSC, CPH and LLQP required within 12 months of hire
• Formal Coaching Certification preferred
• Knowledge of adult learning theory
• Set and communicate clear expectations for the coaching engagement
