This is a great opportunity for a Sales Manager, or Executive who looking for regular part time coaching.

The organisation is a large international group with many layers of management, and the Senior Sales Managers are fighting a battle between internal relationship building to break down the silos, and the external focus to ensure their teams are building strong and accurate pipelines.

You will mentor a number of senior managers through their issues and work with them to provide advice and help managing their often conflicting priorities.

You will have worked in large multinational environments as a senior executive, and ideally have managed large sales teams selling high value solutions within the IT sector.
