This unique opening is for a full-time, in-house opening for a Life & Business Development Coach.

What will you do?

In this unique opportunity, the Life & Business Coach will be responsible for helping students reach their personal and business development goals.  Expect approximately 25-30 phone coaching calls per week assisting assigned students to implement a proven system to expedite thier success as real estate investors.

What competencies/skills MUST you have?

• Demonstrated effectiveness as a life coach, a business coach/consultant, or teacher; intelligent, patient, creative, and happy!
• Ability to build relationships and excite and inspire people to reach their goals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent Listener; ability to explain complicated concepts; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of company.
• Must be very comfortable on the phone and have excellent phone skills
• Technical Skills: Efficient with Mircrosoft Office, Google Docs, internet research, and adaptable to learning new technology.
• MUST be interested in learning and mastering our time-tested system to help people develop into real estate investors!!

We prefer you to have experience in the following areas:

• Must have experience in coaching, training, consulting, or teaching.
• Real estate experience HIGHLY preferred.
• Must have highly developed phone skills

What are your first year accountabilities?

• Master and effectively coach students through our Real Estate Investor Consultations.
• Recommend our high-level real estate trainings, documents, and tools to our students based on where they are in the process of creating, managing, and scaling their real estate investment business.  Become your students’ ultimate resource, accountability partner, and guide.
• Respond to any and all email requests and questions from your students within 24 hours.
• Develop learning projects of your choice determined by your interests and passtions around learning used to furtner the collective intelligence and value of the coaching team.
• Proactively add value and work to grow business
