Opportunity for leadership development facilitation expert and executive coach to deliver suite of premier leadership and management programs.

Based in an excellent Melbourne CBD location, The Australian School of Applied Management is one of Australia’s peak providers of leadership and management education. Due to significant national growth of our highly acclaimed suite of leadership programs under the National Excellence in School Leadership Initiative (NESLI), as well as the Australian Applied Management Colloquium (AAMC) and programs with Women and Leadership Australia (WLA), we are looking for a dynamic leadership development facilitator/executive coach to join our faculty.

In addition to having a passion for facilitation and exceptional presentation skills we are looking for an accomplished professional with the ability to deeply engage and challenge participants, link one-on-one coaching sessions and day-to-day realities back to the learning and foster powerful client relationships.

Desired Skills and Experience

Key selection criteria:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in leadership development program facilitation.
  • Experience in management roles (minimum 3+ years).
  • Experience in the public or private sector would be a great plus, particularly with a leadership focus.
  • Experience in the schools sector would also be desirable.
  • Credible knowledge of leadership theory, organisational development, change etc.
  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • A minimum 3 years’ experience with coaching senior leaders and executives.
  • Experience in consulting to and working with executive level clients.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in instructional design
  • Experience in designing and delivering virtual and online classroom webinars
